This role involves providing front-line operational support for client automation, robotic, 3D printing, workstation, and technology systems. The technician will be responsible for operating automated systems, software-based control systems, electrical and mechanical systems, and structures. A key aspect of the job is utilizing hands-on support with an electro-mechanical aptitude and familiarity with Linux and command line to support client systems and products. The position also involves direct communication with client vendor partners, supporting key performance indicators to achieve maximum system uptime and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include performing system software and updates, troubleshooting and operating client systems to remediate issues, collecting and analyzing data, and applying a systematic approach to decision-making. The role encompasses a full range of support services including diagnostics, installation, mapping, induction, removal, configuration testing, and commissioning of client automation systems. The technician will demonstrate required digital competencies, complete technical training, and review technical information pertaining to supported systems. A positive influence within the team and a proactive approach to operational excellence are also expected. Other duties related to Partner Support may be assigned.
