This role involves providing front-line operational support for clients' automation, robotic, 3D printing, workstation, and technology systems. The technician will be responsible for operating automated systems, software-based control systems, electrical and mechanical systems, and structures. A key aspect of the job is utilizing hands-on support with an electro-mechanical aptitude and familiarity with Linux and command line to support client systems and products. The position also involves direct communication with client vendor partners, supporting key performance indicators to achieve maximum system uptime and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include performing system software and updates, troubleshooting and operating client systems to remediate issues, collecting and analyzing data, and performing a full range of support services such as diagnostics, installation, mapping, induction, removal, configuration testing, and commissioning of client's automation system. The role requires demonstrating digital competencies, completing technical training, reviewing technical information, and acting as a positive influence within the team. Proactive engagement in process and operational excellence is expected, along with performing other assigned duties related to Partner Support.
