Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Valid driver's license
  • 3+ years of experience with industrial electromechanical rotating equipment
  • Millwright experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Possess own tools and toolbox
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical

Responsibilities

  • Performing on-site service, repair, alignment, balancing, and troubleshooting of industrial motors and rotating equipment.
  • Diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining industrial electromechanical equipment at customer locations.
  • Reviewing work orders.
  • Conducting equipment tests.
  • Inspecting components and determining repair solutions.
  • Replacing worn parts.
  • Performing laser alignments and dynamic balancing.
  • Collecting vibration readings.
  • Verifying equipment operation post-repair.
  • Using specialized repair equipment.
  • Maintaining service documentation.
  • Operating lifting equipment safely.
  • Interpreting technical plans.
  • Communicating effectively with customers about their equipment.
