Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Valid driver's license
- 3+ years of experience with industrial electromechanical rotating equipment
- Millwright experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent computer skills
- Possess own tools and toolbox
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to pass a DOT physical
Responsibilities
- Performing on-site service, repair, alignment, balancing, and troubleshooting of industrial motors and rotating equipment.
- Diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining industrial electromechanical equipment at customer locations.
- Reviewing work orders.
- Conducting equipment tests.
- Inspecting components and determining repair solutions.
- Replacing worn parts.
- Performing laser alignments and dynamic balancing.
- Collecting vibration readings.
- Verifying equipment operation post-repair.
- Using specialized repair equipment.
- Maintaining service documentation.
- Operating lifting equipment safely.
- Interpreting technical plans.
- Communicating effectively with customers about their equipment.
