About The Position

Corvid's Goldbug Manufacturing group is looking to a detail-oriented Electromechanical Technician to join our production team. You will be responsible for building complex assemblies and performing critical functional tests. This position will be key contributor to assembling both the sub-systems and final installation of electronic components. The position will require you to work with blueprints, schematics, and diagnostic equipment while maintaining high quality standards. Corvid Technologies is an engineering firm specializing in using high-fidelity, computational modeling and simulation to analyze, design, and manufacture products for aerospace, DoD, and commercial customers. Requirements

  • Candidate must be a US Citizen
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Documented experience in electromechanical assembly and system-level testing
  • Hands-on experience operating oscilloscopes for signal analysis and troubleshooting
  • Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and mechanical drawings

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree or formal training is a plus
  • Preferred candidate will have experience working in a regulated environment (Aerospace, Medical, or Defense)
  • IPC J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) certification or training is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform point-to-point wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly of complex units
  • Conduct function testing and troubleshooting of integrated systems
  • Utilize oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators to verify electrical performance
  • Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
  • Document test results and report any variances or defects
