About The Position
The electromechanic will be responsible for the preventive maintenance and repair of machinery and electrical equipment.
Requirements
- Professional or college diploma (DEC) in electromechanics
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field.
- Being autonomous and have a sense of initiative.
- Master the French and English language (contractors from the United States).
Responsibilities
- Performs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems work.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment and be able to make diagnostics.
- Dismantle/assemble, repair, replace, modify, calibrate and/or adjust mechanisms specific to various machines.
- Testing and checking the mechanical condition of motors (AC/DC/three phase), switchgear and other electrical equipment using test and measurement equipment.
- All other related tasks are considered part of the role and may be assigned as needed.
