Requirements

  • Checking travelers and/or blue prints to verify customer requirements, and/or any other special instructions.
  • Keep a clean and safe area all the time.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a fast pace environment.
  • Basic computer skills a must.
  • Ability to communicate with managers and supervisors.
  • Basic mathematical and reasoning ability required.
  • Perform the entire shift while standing.
  • Able to lift 50lbs.
  • Practice proper lifting techniques at all times.
  • Very good concentration and must be able remain focused with minor interruptions.
  • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-3 years work experience of Electroless copper background in lieu of educational requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Processes boards through the Electroless Copper Process, in a complete and timely manner in accordance with production traveler, work instructions and ISO requirements.
  • Perform Dumps and remakes of the chemistries per PM schedule.
  • Maintains and clean all department equipment.
  • Ensure that each job is accompanied by a traveler and that all previous steps are signed off.
  • Read and understand traveler requirements.
