Electro-Mechanical Troubleshooting Specialist (Industrial)

Novolex CorporateCanandaigua, NY
Onsite

About The Position

At Novolex, we power food, beverage, and specialty packaging for foodservice, delivery/carryout, processing, grocery, retail, and industrial customers. Our footprint spans resin, paper, molded fiber, aluminum, and more—fueling 120 product categories, 250 brands, and 39,000+ SKUs. We’re advancing sustainability through three pillars—products, operations, and people—to shape a better future. Your mission When production depends on you, you deliver. Picture a temperature controller drifting out of spec on a critical line: you validate the thermocouple, verify the solid-state relay, confirm heater continuity, and restore stable operation. The next call? A servo encoder fault followed by a 24V control issue in an Emergency Stop chain. You diagnose swiftly—sometimes inside a 480V cabinet, other times tracing high-voltage distribution up to 34.5KV—and keep the plant moving.
