Palermo's is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician for their 2nd shift operations. This role is focused on building a maintenance operation that shifts from reactive emergency repairs to planned, predictive maintenance. The ideal candidate is a careful, methodical technician who prefers a steady, organized environment where they can fix root causes rather than chase symptoms. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems, working to the root cause so problems stay fixed.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics, and programmable controls.
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance and help build predictive maintenance using equipment data and condition monitoring.
- Spend time fixing causes, not chasing the same symptoms every shift.
