About The Position
Intelcom | Dragonfly is Canada’s leader in last-mile logistics, with operations across three continents. We are seeking an Electro-mechanical Technician to be at the heart of our operations. This role involves hands-on training, continuous data analysis for efficiency, establishing maintenance plans for automated sorting processes, and conducting mechanical, electrical, and software maintenance. You will also be responsible for the management and analysis of KPIs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years relevant experience in the field of electromechanics
- Post- secondary diploma (College) as Electrical/Mechanical Technician
- Embraces change and has a continuous improvement mindset
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly understand and identify issues and implement solutions
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work autonomously
Responsibilities
- Partaking in hands-on training by shadowing the vendors during the system installations
- Managing an ongoing, continuous analysis and review of data to ensure efficiency is always achieved
- Participating in establishing the maintenance plan for our automated sorting process and supporting equipment
- Conducting mechanical, electrical and software maintenance as required
- Management and analysis of KPI’s
