About The Position

The Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 3 is responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance on Material Handling Equipment (MHE). Acts as a material handling maintenance technician on all equipment that is installed at the MolsonCoors Albany, Ga Brewery. The position is for Nightshift from 7pm-7am, working 3 or 4 days a week Sun - Tue. and every other Sat. occasional overtime work may be required.

Requirements

  • Troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance on Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
  • Use of electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry
  • Ability to create and close work orders into an asset management system with appropriate data to include labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
  • Ability to troubleshoot semi-complex problems and understand resources needed to resolve them.
  • Ability to locate and track spare parts from inventory.
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Ability to respond to service calls and correct equipment failures and faults.
  • Ability to identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintenance of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, component lubrication, etc.
  • Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.
  • Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry.
  • Create and close work orders into an asset management system with appropriate data to include labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
  • Troubleshoot semi-complex problems and understand resources needed to resolve them.
  • Locate and track spare parts from inventory.
  • Performs routine maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Respond to service calls and correct equipment failures and faults.
  • Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them.
