About The Position

The Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 3 is responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance on Material Handling Equipment (MHE). Acts as a material handling maintenance technician on all equipment that is installed at the MolsonCoors Albany, Ga Brewery. The position is for Nightshift from 7pm-7am, working 3 or 4 days a week Sun - Tue. and every other Sat. occasional overtime work may be required.

Requirements

Troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance on Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
Use of electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry
Ability to create and close work orders into an asset management system with appropriate data to include labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
Ability to troubleshoot semi-complex problems and understand resources needed to resolve them.
Ability to locate and track spare parts from inventory.
Ability to perform routine maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet specifications.
Ability to respond to service calls and correct equipment failures and faults.
Ability to identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Repair and maintenance of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, component lubrication, etc.
Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.
Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry.
Create and close work orders into an asset management system with appropriate data to include labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
Troubleshoot semi-complex problems and understand resources needed to resolve them.
Locate and track spare parts from inventory.
Performs routine maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet specifications.
Respond to service calls and correct equipment failures and faults.
Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them.
