About The Position
The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in keeping our production and processing equipment running smoothly. This role supports E-Coat, Dip Spin, and Zinc Plating systems by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of electro-mechanical or maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with coating or plating systems is a plus
- Working knowledge of: Electrical systems, Mechanical systems
- Forklift experience required (1+ year)
- Computer literacy and ability to complete maintenance documentation
- Understanding of safety practices (LOTO, confined space)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attendance record
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed

- Basic PLC or automation concepts
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on all equipment, including forklifts
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems
- Maintain and support: Robotics and automated systems, Motors, pumps, conveyors, and gearboxes, Sensors, wiring, and control systems
- Assist with PLC-related troubleshooting (as applicable)
- Perform regular tank maintenance and inspections
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement solutions
- Support process improvements and equipment reliability initiatives
- Accurately document maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with production, quality, and management teams
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE, LOTO, and confined space protocols
