Requirements

  • Mechanical repair experience in production environments
  • Comfort with metric tools and systems
  • Understanding of HMIs and packaging equipment
  • Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Strong communication and team collaboration
  • PC literacy for diagnostics and reporting

Nice To Haves

  • HMI control experience
  • Exposure to automated machinery
  • Electrical troubleshooting certifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, repair, and optimize high‑speed packaging machinery
  • Diagnose performance issues via HMIs and detailed schematics
  • Keep the work cell spotless and audit‑ready
  • Deliver hands‑on customer support on site
  • Track parts usage and complete daily digital service reports
  • Partner closely with a 4‑person team to hit uptime goals
