We’re searching for an Electro-Mechanical Press Maintenance Specialist who’s eager to learn, share knowledge, and keep complex production assets performing at their best. Why this role matters Keep production on track by repairing and maintaining printing presses and auxiliary equipment. Support growth by assisting with the installation of new machinery. Protect schedules by helping prioritize and coordinate daily emergency repairs. Ensure seamless operations with clear shift-to-shift communication via voicemail, e-mail, and direct conversations. What you’ll do Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues across 120/208/240/480V systems. Apply expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine shop repairs. Perform HVAC maintenance and broad maintenance/repair tasks. Operate in a fast-paced environment with frequent walking and hands-on work, occasionally lifting up to 75 pounds and performing repetitive motions (reaching, pulling, pushing, lifting, fingering).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years of Vo-Tech training (required)
  • 3–5 years in a printing facility
  • Minimum 2 years in building maintenance, machinery repair, electrical wiring, machine shop repairs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong math and mechanical aptitude
  • PC proficiency, including Word, Excel, and e-mail
