About The Position

Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist Keep manufacturing running at peak performance. In this role, you’ll drive equipment reliability, troubleshoot failures, and uphold rigorous safety and documentation standards across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Your Impact Ensure production starts strong by preparing and verifying equipment readiness before runs. Minimize downtime by rapidly addressing breakdowns during the shift. Extend asset life through scheduled preventative maintenance and precise recordkeeping. Protect throughput and quality by identifying issues early and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; technical coursework or certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and automated equipment.
• Proven ability to solve complex electro-mechanical problems.
• Able to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Open to assigned shifts, overtime, and weekend work as needed.
• Demonstrated safety mindset, including lockout/tagout adherence.
• Capable of operating forklifts, aerial lifts, and overhead cranes; comfortable at heights.
• Computer-literate for work order entry and maintenance systems.
• Effective communication skills in English, written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with robotics or PLC-controlled systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to the root cause.
• Read and apply mechanical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Replace, rebuild, align, and adjust components to restore optimal function.
• Collaborate closely with production operators and engineering partners.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas and adhere to all safety procedures.
• Complete detailed logs, work orders, and service documentation.
