Your Day-to-Day In this role, you are the go-to problem solver across the plant:

Requirements

  • Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong electrical foundation with PLC experience and the ability to read ladder logic.
  • Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic plumbing.
  • Welding, cutting, and fabrication proficiency.
  • Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints.
  • Solid computer literacy and confidence at the workbench.
  • Meticulous attention to safety, quality, and detail.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Familiarity with lockout/tagout, confined space, fall protection, and PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment and facility systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on assigned machines to keep them at peak performance.
  • Diagnose electrical problems—including PLC-related issues—and get equipment back online.
  • Interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical prints to identify root causes.
  • Handle welding, cutting, and light fabrication with minimal direction.
  • Document all work accurately and on time in the maintenance management system.
  • Champion safety protocols and help drive a clean, hazard-free workplace.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and pitch in on additional tasks as needed.
