Requirements

Previous maintenance, repair, electrical, mechanical, or troubleshooting experience.
An understanding of hand tools, power tools, and meters.
Excellent communication (written and oral) skills.
Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
The desire and ability to learn new technology.
High School Diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and meters.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience working on mechanical systems preferred.
Prior experience working on electrical systems preferred.
Prior experience reading wiring diagrams preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls on technical issues external customers are experiencing with QubicaAMF products.
Work with diagrams and manuals to resolve wiring issues
Diagnosis and fix mechanical failures preventing machines from operating
Partner with your peers to increase overall knowledge of our product line
Provide remote support to our field installation crews
Initiate warranty claims
Interface with our Engineering team to gain an understanding of newly developed products
Other duties assigned by management
