Vitrek LLC is looking for a detail-driven Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our high-performance production team. Requirements

3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience and/or military technical training
Strong proficiency in fine-pitch SMT soldering and rework
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions independently
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment
Effective communication and a collaborative team attitude
Willingness to work overtime as production demands require

Responsibilities

Perform SMT and through-hole soldering, including fine-pitch components under magnification
Assemble electro-mechanical systems, including box builds and subassemblies
Build, route, and terminate wires, cables, and harnesses to specification
Inspect electrical and mechanical components for quality, defects, and compliance
Prepare materials including cutting, stripping, labeling, and kitting components
Interpret schematics, engineering drawings, BOMs, and ECOs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
Support production goals and assist with additional tasks as needed
