About The Position

We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to support the assembly, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment and electrical control panels. This role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical experience, the ability to work from technical drawings, and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience building and wiring electrical panels.
Experience reading electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Basic knowledge of UL standards and electrical codes.
Strong mechanical aptitude, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Reliable attendance and ability to work fully onsite.
Ability to travel occasionally, including on short notice when required.

Nice To Haves

Electrical degree, technical certification, or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and wire electrical control panels according to schematics, diagrams, and engineering specifications.
Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and fluid-system components.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, manuals, and electrical schematics.
Drill, tap, mount, and verify components during equipment assembly.
Perform electrical testing, quality inspections, troubleshooting, and rework as needed.
Ensure completed assemblies meet applicable electrical and UL standards.
Maintain accurate production documentation and organized work areas.
Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.
Assist with training and support other production areas when needed.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and electrical safety requirements.
