About The Position

AdeptHR is hiring an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler II for a growing manufacturer of advanced Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) in Monrovia, CA. In this hands-on production role, you'll assemble and integrate UPS systems using cabling, PCB boards, hardware, and other electrical and mechanical components. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, with the potential to transition to a permanent position after approximately six months of consistent performance.

Requirements

At least 1 year of related electro-mechanical assembly experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Familiarity with different types of mechanical and electrical hardware.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and crimpers.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise assembly instructions.
Ability to work effectively in a production environment.

Nice To Haves

Some college education preferred.

Responsibilities

Assemble and integrate components into UPS systems according to engineering drawings, picture references, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Verify materials and components before beginning assembly.
Install and route wiring, cabling, PCB boards, and hardware.
Perform crimping and occasional soldering as required.
Use hand tools, power tools, and crimpers during assembly.
Follow established workmanship and quality standards.
Read and follow written, verbal, and visual work instructions.
Inspect your work and maintain close attention to small details.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, focused production environment.
Stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
Occasionally lift materials or equipment weighing up to 60 lbs.
