Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow detailed assembly instructions
  • Solid technical background with strong attention to detail
  • Effective documentation and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with team members
  • Willingness and ability to learn new products and software platforms as needed
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows environment)
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Perform cable assembly
  • Complete electro-mechanical assembly tasks
  • Assemble circuit boards
  • Conduct final product assembly
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
