About The Position
Systel is seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to perform electro-mechanical assembly tasks in support of production or prototyping. The work includes assembling and disassembling engineering prototypes, integrating electronic components into chassis, routing and securing wire harnesses and cables, and assembling circuit boards and subassemblies. The position is based in Sugar Land, Texas.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication and writing skills.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of experience assembling electronics or electromechanical assemblies.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and disassemble engineering prototypes.
- Rivet sheet metal fabrication parts.
- Integrate electronic components into chassis.
- Route and secure wire harnesses and cables.
- Assemble computer circuit boards and apply RTV.
- Apply RTV to cable connections.
- Assemble mechanical and electromechanical subassemblies.
