The Electro-Mechanical Assembler II performs a variety of tasks to include the assembly of various mechanical and electrical assemblies. This role requires the ability to perform all duties of a Mechanical Assembler I and an Electrical Systems Assembler I, including assembling level sensor and pneumatic panels, robot sub-assemblies, and installing plumbing parts. The position also involves running air lines, performing fusion welds on specific piping materials, assisting with final tool setup and facility maintenance, and possessing advanced knowledge of wiring practices, electrical codes, and standards. Quality inspection, documentation, system testing, troubleshooting, and interfacing with other departments are key responsibilities. The role may also involve acting as a lead during inspections, training new employees, and completing other assigned tasks.
