Responsibilities

  • Ensure the proper functioning of electrical equipment in the production and auxiliary services area through the correct and timely execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance routines to guarantee operational continuity.
  • Execute the replacement of motors and electrical equipment when justified, suggesting to your immediate supervisor recoverable parts that, with repair, can be reused to minimize maintenance costs.
  • Assist the Electronics Technician with electrical activities to comply with established maintenance programs and routines.
  • Coordinate with service areas and clients for follow-up on strategic indicators.
  • Participate in daily production team meetings for indicator analysis, activity coordination, results review, objective reassessment, and agreement making.
  • Follow up on activities committed with other support areas for key indicators.
  • Identify and generate corrective actions when there is a deviation from a process or indicator.
  • Execute actions in the SAC SYSTEM to eliminate or minimize risks that may impact productivity, quality, work environment, and the environment derived from internal and external audits.
  • Involve personnel in audit activities.
  • Ensure compliance with scheduled audits.
  • Follow the guidelines of the ARCACONTINENTAL Quality Management System.
  • Implement applicable ARCACONTINENTAL Quality Management System requirements, norms, and specifications for your process.
  • Promote continuous improvement.
  • Communicate technology and infrastructure needs for compliance with requirements.
  • Support operational personnel in developing competencies for their activities.
  • Activate prevention and correction systems when deviations occur in processes and indicators.
  • Collaborate in the certification of authorized management standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality and Food Safety, Environmental, and Safety Policies.
  • Monitor and control the risks of the operation under your charge.
  • Establish and measure the effectiveness of established control points and measures.
  • Communicate any situation that could affect the Quality and food safety of our products, the safety and health of our workers, and the environment.
  • Setting Objectives, Indicators, and Goals. Each member of the Improvement Team, along with the corresponding Liaison and Control member, will be responsible for clarifying the objectives sought for each process.

  • Implement applicable ARCACONTINENTAL Environmental Management System requirements, norms, and specifications for your process.
