This role is responsible for understanding applicable management system policies and their impact on product quality and customer satisfaction, as well as safety and environmental guidelines. The Electrician must be able to interpret operational procedures related to the operation and/or maintenance of equipment and tools. A key aspect of this role is the orientation towards meeting operational goals and adhering to current regulations defined in the safety and risk prevention system and the quality management system. The position requires knowledge, understanding, handling, and care of measurement, inspection, and testing equipment. It also involves understanding acceptance and rejection criteria when required, and participating in On The Job Training defined for the position. The Electrician must be willing to participate in training programs, safety initiatives, and technical courses provided by the company. They are responsible for complying with the labor contract, internal work regulations, and internal company standards. Availability for rotating shifts may be required.
