About The Position

Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling! This is a full-time position open to all shifts. The Maintenance Electrician performs safety preventive maintenance on electrical and control systems, including disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, and calibration. You will troubleshoot and diagnose electrical maintenance issues in industrial equipment and processes using proper instruments. Maintenance Electricians obtain one-lines, drawings, and instructional manuals, and create additional diagrams to clarify work orders. This role also runs tests on equipment, isolates problems, replaces faulty wiring, and lays conduit. As part of the selection process, candidates must successfully pass a technical skills assessment evaluating industrial electrical troubleshooting, controls systems, instrumentation, PLC diagnostics, motor controls, VFDs, automation technologies, and advanced maintenance practices. Additional job-related technical knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, and role-specific competencies may also be assessed based on operational needs, equipment, systems, and facility requirements. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must successfully pass a technical skills assessment evaluating industrial electrical troubleshooting, controls systems, instrumentation, PLC diagnostics, motor controls, VFDs, automation technologies, and advanced maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety preventive maintenance on electrical and control systems to include disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, and calibration
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses electrical maintenance issues in industrial equipment and processes proper instruments appropriate to the voltages and currents encountered
• Obtains one-lines, drawings, instructional manuals, special procedures, and create additional sketched and diagrams to clarify the intent of the work order
• Runs tests on equipment, isolates problems, replaces faulty sections of wiring and lays conduit
• Other duties as assigned
