Requirements

Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program or 6+ years of on-the-job electrical experience
Experience installing electrical systems in industrial refrigeration equipment
Strong understanding of safety procedures and electrical codes
Ability to travel nationwide for projects
Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Install electrical infrastructure and wiring for industrial refrigeration systems, working with both power (high voltage) and control (low voltage) circuits.
Follow blueprints, specifications, and all applicable electrical codes to ensure systems are safely and properly connected to compressors, condensers, fans, and control panels.
Wire and integrate control panels, including MCCs, PLCs, and DDCs, ensuring all controls, sensors, thermostats, and safety devices are connected correctly.
Test and commission electrical systems, verifying grounding, voltage, and circuit functionality before full system startup.
Read and interpret technical diagrams and manufacturer manuals to ensure precise installations.
Strictly adhere to all job-site safety procedures and national electrical codes.
