About The Position
Under the direction of the Plant Operations and Maintenance Manager or designee, the Electrician performs skilled electrical work throughout PIH Health hospitals and assigned facilities. The position installs, inspects, tests, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains electrical distribution, lighting, controls, equipment, and related building systems to support safe, reliable, and continuous healthcare operations. The Electrician responds to routine and emergency service needs, performs preventive maintenance, supports construction and renovation projects, and completes work in accordance with applicable codes, safety requirements, hospital policies, and infection prevention practices. PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network that serves approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Gabriel Valley region. Requirements
- Skilled in electrical work.
- Ability to install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, safety requirements, hospital policies, and infection prevention practices.
