Requirements
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician (Hawaii) OR Unlicensed Electrician with 3–5+ years of hands-on experience
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically in the field
- Experience working from plans, layouts, and specifications
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or on a team
- Valid driver's license preferred

Responsibilities
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues using testing equipment and tools
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Installing conduit, panels, breakers, transformers, and other electrical components
- Performing system testing to ensure safety, functionality, and code compliance
- Inspecting systems to identify hazards, defects, or necessary repairs
- Assisting with layout planning and installation based on project specifications
- Maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites at all times
- Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
