Requirements

• TDLR LICENSE (Residential Wireman, Journeyman, or Master Electrician)
• Minimum of 2 years electrical wiring, repair and troubleshooting all aspects of the Electrical System.
• Ability to wire and terminate devices, perform quality control testing, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver excellent customer experience.
• Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in a new and existing setting
• Detail oriented with good time management skills
• Can lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 50 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device.
• Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights.
• Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform, work shoes and company vehicle.

Nice To Haves

• Strong previous work tenure (preferred).
• Service Titan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install & Repair Panels, circuits, breakers, lighting, switches, outlets.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues with speed and precision.
• Deliver repairs that go beyond National Electrical Code standards.
• Keep workspaces clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
• Offer instant solutions or schedule upgrades that enhance customer experience.
• Capture before-and-after photos to showcase your excellence.
• Always work with top-notch safety practices.
• Build strong customer relationships with clear, effective communication.
