Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on residential or light commercial electrical experience
• Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Ability to sell repairs and installations on-site
• Strong communication skills — able to present options clearly to homeowners
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Follows our tobacco-free policy

Responsibilities

• Sell and complete residential electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs
• Diagnose complex electrical issues and provide safe, effective solutions
• Install wiring, panels, lighting, and smart home systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions
• Deliver a white glove customer experience on every call
• Keep accurate job documentation and reports
• Maintain safety as a top priority always
• Help train and mentor future team members as the department grows
