Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of electrical experience
- Experience with residential service and troubleshooting preferred
- Generator and service upgrade experience a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems
- Perform panel replacements and service upgrades
- Install generators, transfer equipment, and related electrical systems
- Complete residential and light commercial electrical projects
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide solution-based recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service
