About The Position

Premier Electric is growing and looking for experienced Residential Electricians to join our team in the Naples, Florida area. If you take pride in high-quality workmanship, enjoy working on high-end custom homes, and want to be part of a company with a steady pipeline of projects, we'd like to hear from you. We're seeking electricians with at least 5 years of experience performing residential electrical work. Experience working on custom and high-end homes is strongly preferred.

Requirements

5+ years of residential electrical experience
Strong knowledge of residential wiring methods and electrical systems
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work safely and professionally on active construction sites

Nice To Haves

High-end residential experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required; English-speaking preferred; Spanish-only candidates with strong experience will also be considered

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems
Perform rough-in and finish electrical work for custom homes
Install lighting, switches, receptacles, panels, and related electrical components
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs as needed
Ensure all work meets applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements
Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality work on schedule
