About The Position

BLS Electrical is actively hiring Apprentice and Journeyman Electricians for a large industrial project in Northern Colorado. This is a long-term opportunity with round-the-clock hours, per diem pay, and long-term employment. Requirements

Apprentices (2nd–4th Year): Active Colorado Apprentice Electrician License, At least 2 years of commercial electrical experience, Experience with conduit bending, wire pulls, and basic installs, Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to grow
Journeymen: Active Colorado Journeyman Electrician License, 4+ years of commercial or industrial experience, Strong skills in layout, conduit, feeders, panels, and lighting, Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot independently
Reliable transportation to the Northern, CO jobsite
Consistent attendance and strong work ethic
Commitment to safety on an active jobsite
Commercial/Industrial electrician: 2 years (Required)
Colorado Electrical License (Required)
Ability to Commute: Windsor, CO (Required)

Nice To Haves

Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Install electrical systems including conduit, feeders, panels, wiring, and lighting
Run underground conduit and perform wire pulls
Read and execute work from blueprints and electrical plans
Complete clean, code-compliant installations
Troubleshoot and maintain systems as needed
Work closely with team members and other trades on site
