Mr. Electric of Charlotte Metro is seeking experienced Residential Service Electricians to join their growing team. Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional electrical experience
- Strong residential troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of residential electrical work
- Comfortable using mobile technology and digital job-management tools
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members

Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting residential electrical issues
- Performing electrical repairs, replacements, upgrades, and installations
- Completing work ranging from fixtures and devices to circuits, panels, wiring, and larger residential electrical projects
- Performing thorough evaluations of residential electrical systems and identifying potential safety concerns
- Clearly explaining findings and helping customers understand their options
- Providing solutions based on the customer's needs, priorities, and home
- Completing accurate job notes, photos, estimates, and required documentation
- Communicating with the office and installation teams when additional work or follow-up is needed
- Maintaining company vehicle, tools, equipment, and assigned technology
- Following established processes that create consistency, accountability, and an exceptional customer experience
