This role will consist of three - 12-hour shifts, 6 AM - 6:30 PM. (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) Complete day-to-day troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and minor process improvements for the facility and production equipment at both Anoka locations. In addition to the normal everyday tasks: maintaining, testing, and assisting contractors with the servicing equipment and systems are a critical part of the objectives/responsibly of this position.

Requirements

  • MN Electrician (minimum Journeyman’s) License or has fulfilled required hours to test for MN Electrician License within 30 days preferred.
  • Complete daily Mechanical Maintenance duties in addition to Electrical responsibilities
  • Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
  • 4+ years electric/mechanical maintenance experience preferred
  • PLC certified or demonstrates the ability to trouble shoot, program, configure and install PLC processors and components, preferred.
  • PLC Systems (Rockwell, Siemens)
  • HMI systems (Rockwell, iFix, Siemens)
  • Robotics (ABB, Fanuc)
  • Automation, Servo motors and motion control
  • Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)
  • Energy Management Systems
  • Electrical Distribution systems (Ungrounded Delta system preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of the following: (preferred or willing to learn) Robotics (ABB, Fanuc), o Automation, Servo motors and motion control, Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), Energy Management Systems, Electrical Distribution systems (Ungrounded Delta system preferred)

Responsibilities
