About The Position

Cedar Community is looking for an experienced Electrician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve electrical systems throughout our community. From diagnosing electrical issues to supporting apartment and home renovations, you’ll have the opportunity to use your expertise while helping maintain safe, comfortable, and reliable spaces for our residents and team members.

Requirements

Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, equipment, and building systems.
Strong ability to diagnose electrical issues involving outlets, switches, breakers, circuits, and related components.
Valid Wisconsin driver's license required.

Nice To Haves

Experience performing electrical work for construction, renovation, or remodeling projects.
Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair electrical outlets, switches, breakers, circuits, and other electrical components and systems.
Troubleshoot electrical systems, equipment, and building systems to identify issues and complete necessary repairs.
Perform electrical work associated with renovation and remodeling projects in vacant apartments, homes, and other spaces throughout Cedar Community.
Install, inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems, motors, switches, distribution equipment, and related building infrastructure.
Complete electrical work safely and in accordance with applicable electrical codes, regulations, and Cedar Community safety practices.
