Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for projects located in the Rochester, NY area. This is a second shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $25-30/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial, residential, or industrial experience
- All electrical hand and power tools
Responsibilities
- Install 3 1/4 emt conduit & 12 gauge wire to over head panels for 16 commercial overhead garage doors
- Bend conduit with a hand bender
- Use and operate scissor lifts
- Pull wire
- Install power distribution systems, lighting and electrical panels
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, lighting and electrical apparatus using testing equipment
- Interpret electrical drawings schematics and layouts to plan projects
- Ensure all work complies with the national electrical code, NEC and OSHA regulations
- Inspect circuits and equipment for safety and functionality
