Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safe work practices
• Ability to troubleshoot problems, learn new systems, and work effectively as part of a team
• Dependable, service-oriented approach to your work
• Commitment to helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents, families, and coworkers

Nice To Haves

• Apprenticeship, trade-school program, or electrical training preferred

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and telecommunication equipment
• Maintaining lighting and electrical systems
• Supporting nurse call, fire alarm, wander guard, and other resident safety systems
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and communication equipment
• Performing inspections and testing to support safe, dependable operation
• Maintaining tools, parts, and inventory needed for responsive service
