About The Position

The Electrician provides operational support for the infrastructure needs throughout the Permian/Delaware Basin area. This individual has experience with drives, motors, batteries, and access systems. Must be a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic. Compensation is commensurate with experience. This position reports to the Field Electrical Supervisor out of our Wink, Texas office. Pilot Water Solutions (“PWS”) is the most reliable name in water midstream. Requirements

• High school education or equivalent such as a GED.
• Must be 18 years of age
• Drive experience, access system experience
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Communication, organizational and Technical Skills
• Must hold a valid driver's license, be able to safely operate a Company-issued motor vehicle and be deemed insurable by the Company's insurance provider as a contingency of continued employment.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 5 years electrical of oil and gas field experience
• Drive experience, Access System experience

Responsibilities

• Identifying, Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing of equipment and electrical faults/systems
• Read blueprints and wiring schematics
• Installs control and distribution apparatus, such as switches, relays and circuit-breaker panels, and fastens in place with crews or bolts using hand or power tools
• Communicate with customers in a professional, and respectful manner, answering all questions and complaints to the best of your ability
• Replaces boards in drives, fuses, setup PME.
• Schedules horsepower issues.
• Assist with other duties as assigned based on company needs.
• Complies with all Company policies and procedures; adheres and is compliant to safety and environmental guidelines.
• Submits own timesheets timely and accurately for approval and adheres to schedule as agreed upon on the date of hire, and adjusted work schedules thereafter based on company needs.
