If you are a highly qualified individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, please review the following: We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Electrician with 3–5 years of relevant experience to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in commercial, industrial, or construction environments and a strong understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certification in Electrical Technology preferred.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an Electrician in industrial, commercial, manufacturing, construction, or related environments.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, motors, control panels, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
  • Valid US driver’s license and strong driving safety record (no more than 2 moving violations in previous 3 years).
  • Acceptable background check, clear of DWI convictions, for the last 5 years.

Nice To Haves

  • Licensed Electrician or relevant electrical certification.
  • Experience with PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, or automated systems.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems.
  • Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control systems, and equipment.
  • Diagnose electrical faults and perform troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.
  • Install and maintain electrical panels, motors, transformers, switchgear, and related equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.
  • Test electrical systems and components using appropriate testing equipment and instruments.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and project teams to support operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and work documentation.
  • Assist with electrical upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects.
  • Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and other workplace safety requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
