We are seeking a skilled and dependable Electrician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
1-5 years of electrical experience in commercial or industrial settings preferred (or a combination of education and experience)
Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards, job site safety protocols, and proper PPE usage.
Ability to accurately perform basic and advanced math, including fractions, decimals, and measurements.
Skilled in reading technical documents: blueprints, instructions, procedures, labels, and gauges.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and non-verbal).
Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in accordance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and project specifications.
Accurately install wiring, conduit, panelboards, lighting fixtures, devices, boxes, breakers, and pre-fabricated assemblies.
Set up and commission electrical distribution and automation systems, including switchgear, transformers, control panels, PLC cabinets, and VFDs.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure precise installation and compliance.
Perform motor and control circuitry terminations, with a thorough understanding of power and control systems.
Bend and install conduit using hand benders and mechanical benders.
Perform excavation work (digging trenches) using hand tools or powered equipment as needed.
Collaborate effectively with foremen, electricians, apprentices, and project managers to ensure project milestones are met.
Maintain a clean and organized job site while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
