About The Position

We’re looking for skilled electricians to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation of production machinery and facility systems. What We Offer Pay: Starting at $33.61 per hour plus shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts Consistent Wage Increases Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance Specialty Programs: Teledoc services, health programs for diabetes, hypertension, virtual physical therapy, and more 401(k) with Company Contributions AND a pension plan Paid Time Off & Holidays Training & Tuition Reimbursement Allowances for Safety Shoes, Prescription Safety Glasses, and Tools Commitment to Safety: “Drive to Zero Injuries” initiative What You’ll Do Work from blueprints, sketches, charts, or verbal instructions Layout, construct, assemble, disassemble, install, inspect, troubleshoot, alter, maintain, dismantle, repair, clean and replace electrical systems such as fixtures, lights, meters, and motors Perform and record maintenance check and transfer information to blueprints Layout, install and maintain variety of electrical equipment such as: automatic controls, switchboards, control panels, etc. establish secondary distribution center balance loads, wire circuits having a large number of units and connections Perform various duties such as: replace defective wiring, make connections to new electrical installations; replace fuses; repair and install electrical fixtures, motors, etc., replace small parts on motors such as brushes, etc., maintain and install wiring connections on control panels, fans, motors and starting devices, blowers, etc. Performs electrical work in all plant areas including roof, boiler house and attic

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Must have a Journeyman's card or Electrician certification
• 3-5 year's of manufacturing experience is preferred
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and twist/bend for extended periods
• Must be able to climb ladders, be lifted in scissor lift, and work at heights

Responsibilities
