About The Position

Fountain Services, LLC is seeking experienced Commercial Wiremen and Journeyman Electricians for commercial and industrial projects. This role is for individuals with hands-on electrical installation experience who can work in a team, mentor others, and maintain high craftsmanship standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass a mandatory drug screening
• Must provide two professional references
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must own basic personal tools of the trade

Nice To Haves

• Referral from a current Fountain Services employee
• Formal training in an accredited apprenticeship or trade school program
• OSHA-10 or other relevant electrical certifications

Responsibilities

• Use and maintain basic hand tools and company-provided tools
• Identify appropriate fasteners and materials for job-specific needs
• Follow detailed layouts and install branch circuitry and feeder conduits
• Bend and install EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit (1” to 4”) using hand and ratcheting benders
• Install fixtures, devices, and proper terminations
• Interpret and follow construction documents and wiring diagrams
• Plan and execute wire pulls and terminations, including up to 4” conduit
• Understand lighting controls, grounding, and conduit/wire types and applications
• Perform transformer installations and troubleshooting
• Use wire crimping tools effectively
• Mentor apprentices and junior team members, ensuring quality of their work
• Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
