Requirements

  • Two-year (2) electrical technical degree OR 3-5 years of electrical technical experience.
  • Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and scheduled and unscheduled overtime as needed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

  • Four-year technical degree
  • Clear demonstration of electrical technical ability
  • Extensive AC & DC motors and drives experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Power systems maintenance
  • PLC systems building, programming, and troubleshooting experience
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Responsibilities

  • Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, upgrading, installing and commissioning plant equipment.
  • Assist with projects for process improvements.
  • Provide technical service and support for operations.
  • Work with motors, digital and analog electronics, schematics, print reading and control circuits, AC/DC theory and electrical maintenance, computers/PLC and test instruments, power supplies, power distribution and mechanical and hand/power tools as it relates to manufacturing equipment.
  • Use CMMS to complete work orders, research parts, and to schedule maintenance work.
  • Uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
