About The Position

Provides skilled services on all shifts in the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems, equipment, fixtures and related equipment under general supervision. Also responsible for HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and painting involved in maintenance, minor construction and remodeling projects. Performs routine equipment room checks and conducts routine preventive maintenance functions. Handles work requests and responds to emergencies on various electrical and mechanical support systems. Receives general direction from electrical, mechanical and carpentry supervisors as appropriate. Requirements

Graduate from Specialty Training Program- (Required)
Minimum of 4 years-Skilled labor (Required)
Commercial Driver's License - Class B with P Endorsement - Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT)
