This is where electrical experience becomes a career. As an Electrician Trainee at CMI, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with electricians who've spent years mastering industrial power systems — and their job is to teach you everything they know. You'll put your hands on real equipment from day one: troubleshooting electrical systems, tackling mechanical repairs, and learning what it takes to keep a transformer plant running. This is a training role, so no prior experience is required — but if you've got some background in electrical work (industrial, commercial, or manufacturing all count), or you're coming from a solid maintenance foundation and ready to specialize, this is your way in to a trade that pays, travels, and never goes out of demand. As you complete each phase of hands-on training, your pay progresses in scheduled steps, reaching full industrial electrician market rate within 18 months.
