Requirements

Residential electrical experience
Thorough knowledge of Residential Electrical Services, Panels, and Grounding Systems, with the ability to install these systems independently
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
Confident “in‑the‑moment” decision‑making ability
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain residential electrical systems, including weather heads, meter bases, outdoor disconnects, panels, breakers, outlets, and controls, ensuring all work meets safety standards and regulations.
Diagnose and resolve electrical problems using tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, and other diagnostic equipment.
Work with colleagues to plan and execute electrical installations and maintenance tasks in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and industry best practices.
Understand and work from blueprints, schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.
Professionally communicate with customers, answer questions, explain electrical issues and solutions, and provide maintenance recommendations to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Complete work orders, inspection reports, and all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
