About The Position

Advantage HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical is growing and hiring an experienced Electrician Service Technician who can run calls, take care of customers, and make real money. This is a veteran-led team that operates with discipline and respect, focusing on good work with good people. The role involves running residential electrical service and repair calls, including panel swaps, upgrades, generator installs and service, EV charger installs, and specialty work like man caves, landscape, and outdoor lighting. Technicians will diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix electrical problems, discuss options with customers, use ServiceTitan daily, maintain a clean work environment, and follow safety rules and electrical codes.

Requirements

• Experience running residential electrical service and installs
• [FL LICENSE LEVEL REQUIRED]
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good people skills and solid communication
• Works clean, shows up on time, gets the job done
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Available for on-call rotation [ON-CALL EXPECTATION]
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Run residential electrical service and repair calls
