Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates safe and competent use of equipment.
  • Demonstrates proper use of software applications to carry out duties.
  • Repairs, inspects, and maintains all building electrical distribution systems.
  • Performs preventative maintenance inspections and safety checks on electrical distribution systems, all electrical equipment and other preventative maintenance tests as assigned.
  • Installs all electrical circuitry on in-house construction and maintenance projects according to applicable codes, to include acquisition of all permits as required.
  • Average math skills preferred (algebra). Memorization, judgment and decision making ability required.
  • Cleans, organizes, and maintains the work area.
  • Assists as required with boilers, HVAC, emergency power, medial gases, electrical and mechanical as directed.
  • Performs duties as directed in the event of a disaster.
  • Assists in Code 99, Code Blue, Trauma Code, and other security incidents when requested.
