About The Position

Journeyperson Electrician DMMI Maintenance Core Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM/ 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM A RESUME IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required. Must be a Machine Repair or Electrician Journeyperson (as recognized by the Department of Labor) or have 5 years equivalent Machine Repair or Electrician experience working with a recognized Machine Repair or Electrician Journeyperson. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES The requirements listed below are the minimum qualifications to post to the position. VISION SYSTEMS: Understand vision inspection systems / components Basic program concepts Upload / download
CORE ASSEMBLY: Concepts of Core Assembly machines Basic process of making cores Identify key components of machine
FURNANCE: Able to replace and program temperature controllers Able to troubleshoot / Repair heater circuits Basic inverter operation Gas burner & gas apparatus & controls Modutrol motor operation & Igniter controls Thermocouples diagnosis vacuum Interpret pressures and vacuum Operate and home Shut down and start up procedure
